1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the DivyaKarya Panchanga app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DivyaKarya Panchanga provides Vedic panchanga calculations, hora timings, Gowri Panchangam, Nalla Neram, muhurtha finding, stotra readings, horoscope predictions, and related spiritual content. The App is available in English, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, and Marathi.

3. Use of the App

• The App is provided for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only.
• Panchanga data, horoscope predictions, and auspicious/inauspicious time calculations are based on traditional Vedic algorithms and should not be considered as professional advice.
• You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the App's content.
• You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy in our astronomical calculations, we do not guarantee that all panchanga data, predictions, or timings are 100% accurate. Calculations are based on standard Vedic astronomical methods and the Swiss Ephemeris library.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by Tarunilakshmi Ventures OPC Pvt Ltd.
• Stotras and mantras are traditional texts in the public domain.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

6. User Content

Any personal data you enter into the App (name, family details, birth information) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Advertisements

The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad content is provided by third parties and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements shown.

8. AI Pandit Feature

The AI Pandit feature provides AI-generated responses about Vedic traditions and panchanga. Responses are for informational purposes and should not replace guidance from qualified Vedic scholars or pandits.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarunilakshmi Ventures OPC Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
