Delete Your Account & Data

Which app?

DivyaKarya AI Pandit uses an account, and your data is stored on our servers. Use the form below to have it deleted.

DivyaKarya Panchanga has no account and stores everything on your own device. There is nothing on our servers to delete — uninstalling the app, or going to Android Settings → Apps → DivyaKarya → Storage → Clear data, removes all of it. You do not need this form.

What we keep, and why

DataRetention
Purchase & subscription recordsRetained as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. These are held by Google Play and RevenueCat, not by us, and are not linked to your deleted profile
Anonymous analytics & crash reportsAlready not linked to your identity; retained per Firebase defaults and cannot be traced back to you once the account is gone
This deletion requestKept as a record that you asked and we complied
Deleting is permanent. Your chart, conversations and journal cannot be recovered afterwards, on this or any other device. If you only want to stop notifications or revoke location access, you can do that in the app's settings instead.

Request deletion

If you signed in with Google, use that Google address.
We verify before we delete. Anyone could type your address into a public form, so we email you first to confirm the request genuinely came from you. Nothing is erased until you reply. Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion to complete, though it is usually much faster.

Prefer email?

Write to support@divyakarya.in from your registered address. Mention which app and whether you want the account removed too.

How we handle your data in the first place is set out in the AI Pandit privacy policy and the Panchanga privacy policy.
